Shipping Policy
Shipping
Shipping policy for concrete equipment and freight orders.
Equipment Broker Group ships contractor equipment with clear freight expectations, support before checkout, and a 10 to 21 day heavy-equipment shipping window after confirmation.

Built for concrete equipment, not small-box shipping.
Equipment Broker Group ships concrete equipment, jobsite machines, and contractor tools across the United States where checkout and carrier service are available. Small items may move by parcel carrier. Oversized machines, pallets, and high-value equipment usually require freight scheduling.
For eligible heavy-equipment freight, Equipment Broker Group works with Logistica Cargonam, a logistics provider offering freight support such as heavy haul, flatbed, LTL/FTL, ocean freight, air cargo, warehousing, and project cargo coordination.
How freight orders move.
Equipment Broker Group reviews payment, product availability, delivery ZIP code, and whether the item needs parcel, pallet, or freight handling.
For freight-sized equipment, support may confirm receiving hours, business name, phone number, liftgate needs, dock or forklift availability, and access notes.
Once the order is released, carrier details or tracking are shared when available.
Heavy equipment may require a carrier appointment. Customers must be reachable at the phone number provided at checkout.
Important delivery notes.
Accurate address required
Use a physical address with a correct contact phone number. Heavy equipment generally cannot ship to PO boxes.
Commercial delivery helps
A business address with forklift, loading dock, or clear truck access can reduce freight delays and delivery issues.
Inspect before signing
Check packaging and product condition at delivery when possible. Note visible damage with the carrier and take photos.
Mixed orders may split
Tools, parts, and equipment can ship separately or with different carriers depending on product size and source.
Shipping costs
Available shipping charges are shown at checkout when supported by the product and destination. Freight adjustments may require support confirmation.
Delays can happen
Weather, road restrictions, carrier availability, address issues, inventory checks, and appointment scheduling may affect transit.
