Start every return with support.
Concrete equipment is often heavy, specification-sensitive, and freight-sized. Contact Equipment Broker Group before sending anything back. Returns shipped without authorization may be refused, delayed, or returned to sender.
Eligibility depends on the product type, product condition, packaging, timing, manufacturer rules, freight requirements, and whether the item is special-order, installed, used, fueled, altered, damaged, or missing parts.
Return request process.
Email the order number, product name, photos if relevant, and the reason for the request.
Support reviews eligibility, product condition, category restrictions, and any freight or manufacturer requirements.
If approved, use the return instructions provided. Do not send freight items without confirmed carrier instructions.
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed eligible.
What can affect return eligibility.

Items should be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, clean, complete, and in original packaging when eligible.
Jobsite use
Installed, fueled, used, modified, damaged, or jobsite-worn equipment may be restricted or not returnable.
Special categories
Special-order, custom, electrical, safety, consumable, hazmat, clearance, and restricted products may be final sale.
Damaged delivery
Photograph packaging and product damage quickly, keep all materials, and contact support as soon as possible.
Missing parts
Manuals, accessories, guards, hoses, tooling, hardware, and original packaging may be required for approval.
Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming voltage, phase, fuel type, model, tooling, dimensions, capacity, and application before ordering.
