Warranty Policy

How manufacturer warranty coverage and equipment claims are handled for purchases from Equipment Broker Group.

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage is provided by the product manufacturer and varies by brand, model, component, and configuration. The applicable manufacturer warranty documentation, product manual, or written terms supplied for the purchased model control the length and scope of coverage.

Equipment Broker Group does not replace or expand a manufacturer’s warranty. We help customers identify available warranty documents and route eligible claims to the manufacturer or authorized service process.

2. What May Be Covered

When stated in the applicable manufacturer terms, coverage may include defects in materials or workmanship during the manufacturer’s warranty period. The manufacturer determines whether a claim qualifies and whether the remedy is repair, replacement parts, product replacement, or another approved resolution.

3. Common Exclusions

Coverage commonly excludes normal wear, consumables, routine maintenance, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or repair, accidental damage, unsuitable power or fuel, corrosion, neglect, and operation outside manufacturer instructions. Exact exclusions depend on the warranty for the specific product.

4. Freight Damage Is Handled Separately

Damage that occurs in transit is not processed as a standard manufacturer defect. Inspect deliveries, note visible damage with the carrier, keep the packaging and pallet, take photos, and report damage within 48 hours as described in our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery terms.

5. Starting a Warranty Claim

Contact Equipment Broker Group with the order number, product name, SKU or model, serial number when available, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Do not ship equipment or authorize outside repairs until written instructions are provided.

Claims may require troubleshooting, inspection, proof of maintenance, or review by the manufacturer or an authorized service provider. Customer responsibilities, including transport to a service location or labor not covered by the manufacturer, are determined by the applicable warranty terms.
